DISTRIBUTION CHAIN OF THE JUBILEE MONEY
Details are now emerging about the mind boggling figures that the Jubilee team has invested in this campaign.According to a leaked voucher book from the Jubilee joint secretariat located at Cianda house, Koinange house, the Jubilee cash has been distributed as follows:
1. Charity Ngilu- Lower Eastern…… Kshs1.5 billion
2. William Ruto- Rift Valley………….Ksha7billion
3. Najib Balala Mombasa County…Ksh960Millions
4. Chirau Makwere …………Kshs. 850Millions
5. Dr. Naomy Shaban- Taita Taveta…Kshs..900million
6. Prof. Sam Ongeri- Kisii …..Kshs 600 Millions
7. Eugene Wamalwa –Western …Kshs800Million
According to a source who sought anonymity at the Jubilee secretariat because he is not authorized to speak to the media,the above monies are supposed to be distributed to County Commissioners,DC’s, D.O’s , Chiefs and Sub-Chiefs.
In lower Eastern for instance,Charity Ngilu is reported to have dished out Ksh.10million to County Conmmissioners and DCs, Ksh4Millions to D.O’s and Kshs.2millions to Chiefs and Assistant chiefs.
The administrators have been tasked to dish out ksh200 to wananchi and mobilize support for Jubilee Candidates.It is expected that this extravagance will go a notch higher in the coming week as the election date draws closer.
