News just in indicates that a private email
account of Chief Justice Dr Willy Mutunga was on Monday targeted by hackers who
tried to access his emails.
Sources from the Judiciary confirmed this on Tuesday, saying
they are taking pre cautionary measures to prevent further attacks that may
come due to the sensitivity of the case he is handling.
Police sources said they are currently investigating the
issue and it is just a matter of time before they nail the perpetrators.
Chief Justice Dr Willy Mutunga is the President of the
Supreme Court and he may be targeted by hackers who may try to manipulate the
outcome of the petition by CORD leader Raila Odinga who is challenging the
election of Uhuru Kenyatta as the fourth President of Kenya.
