Raila's plea on additional evidence struck out

Nairobi - Daily Nation reports Supreme Court has declined to accept fresh affidavits introduced in Cord's petition challenging the election of President-elect Uhuru Kenyatta.

According to the judges, the 839-page affidavit should be expunged from the court records.

The court had earlier struck out Odinga’s application for a forensic audit of the IEBC Information
