SHAME: Can the Standard Newspaper explain this?

SHAME: Can the Standard Newspaper explain this?

On Saturday, all major roads in Nairobi were leading to the historic Uhuru Park grounds to witness the unveiling of the Jubilee coalition dream team.

Hundreds of thousands of Kenyans from different tribes trickled down to the historic park from as early as 6 am.

But it was shameful this morning when I saw Standard Newspaper never covered the story on their main news.

When Jubilee coalition was in wrangles two weeks ago, major headlines in the newspaper was about the jubilee coalition split.

We in the diaspora were shocked to learn that the Standard Newspaper has already taken sides as their Royal Media Services (RMS) counterparts, which to journalism   code of ethics is unethical especially at a time when the country is undergoing healing and reconciliation from 2007-08 post election wounds.

It may be a good choice but know that majority of people who read your news were shocked to learn that you have already taken sides.
