With 10 days remaining to the historic general election, it has now been confirmed that Deputy Prime Ministers Uhuru Kenyatta and Musalia Mudavadi met on Sunday at the home of veteran politician Simeon Nyachae, for a possible pre-or post election deal.
The two also met last Thursday to explaore ways of Mudavadi supporting Uhuru before or after the March 4thgeneral election.
They met again on Monday this week at an exclusive hotel in Nairobi.
Mudavadi’s personal aide Kibisu Kabatesi confirmed this and said Mudavadi is being approached by other like-minded Presidential aspirants to see if they can form a unity government after the March 4th.
“There are a string of forces determined to get Mudavadi on either side of the two coalitions but he is in the race to the end,” Kabetesi said
Kabatesi accused ODM of spreading romours to project Mudavadi as Uhuru‘s stooge.
“ODM has been saying that a vote for Mudavadi is a vote for Uhuru, this is a propaganda they have been spreading,”Kabatesi said.

He said ODM leaders have panicked and they are looking for any means to poke holes to Mudavadi’s Presidential bid.
