She puts our baby's yoghurt on my organ then licks it OFF

Please help my marriage from crumbling. My wife always wants to lick my manhood during s*x. We got married early this year after she fell pregnant and eloped with me. I have told her several times that I don't like blow-jobs but she gets mad when I try to refrain her.

She ends up not even allowing me to have s*x with her for some days. At times she puts our baby's yoghurt on my penis then licks it all and the worst part is that she them kisses me after that. What should I do to stop this?

Man City dealt MAJOR blow ahead of Arsenal cash.

Man City dealt MAJOR blow ahead of Arsenal cash.

Premier League Champions Manchester City have been dealt a big blow after star striker Sergio Aguerro was ruled out of Sunday’s mouth watering Premier League clash with Arsenal at the Emirates stadium.

City manager Roberto Mancini is reluctant to gamble on the striker's fitness to avoid last season's 30-goal top scorer being ruled out for a longer period.

The Argentine pulled a hamstring in the 3-0 win over Stoke City on New Year's Day and missed the 3-0 FA Cup victory over Watford.

While addressing reporters Mancini said:  "Sergio is not available for Sunday. We don't want to take a risk. He continues to have treatment this week.

“I hope he can play against Fulham. We can't take a risk with him now. If Arsenal was the last game [of the season], OK, but like this it is impossible."

This will compound City’s woes who are without the services suspended Samir Nasri and midfield maestro Yaya Toure who is away with Ivory Coast preparing for the African Nations Cup.

The citizens however, received some sort of boost after versatile defender Aleksandar Kolarov was given a clean bill of health to feature.

The Citizens will have a smaller number of traveling fans than usual at the Emirates Stadium after the club returned 912 unsold tickets citing hefty ticket prices.

Their cost of £62 each has brought complaints about the pricing of tickets and Mancini regrets that many City supporters are unable to afford them.

"We are disappointed for this because we need our fans away. We have fantastic fans, fantastic support. We are sorry for this." He added.

City have never won away to Arsenal in 37-years but midfielder Gareth Barry remains confident of breaking that jinx.

FERNANDO TORRES’s Chelsea fate SEALED.

FERNANDO TORRES’s Chelsea fate SEALED.

Stamford Bridge was engulfed by a toxic mood on Wednesday night during the Capital One Cup humiliating 2-0 defeat by Swansea City with fans directing their frustrations to misfiring striker Fernando Torres.

For the very first time, Chelsea fans turned on the club’s most expensive signing by calling him names while chanting the  name of  new signing, Demba Ba who started on the bench.

Torres who joined the Blues from Liverpool in January 2011 has failed to replicate his form at Anfield that made him one of the most feared strikers in Europe where he scored 81 goals in 142 games for Liverpool, including 33 in his first season, but the fans have also stood by him.

"We want Demba Ba," the fans chanted before interim manager Rafael Benitez finally gave in and introduced the £7m signing from Newcastle in the 81st minute who almost scored twice and nearly won a penalty.

Torres was quoted saying a time like this last year that he was desperate to repay the Stamford Bridge faithful for their unwavering support during the worst spell of his career.

"Since I joined Chelsea the fans have been amazing to me," he explained. "It has been very important to have the fans behind me.

"I went through the hardest moments of my career. I went several games without being in the starting lineup and I've never been in that situation before.

"The only thing that gave me hope was the support of the people."

Former Netherlands and Chelsea striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink said recently that Torres did not score vital goals adding that majority of the goals he scored were consolation.

On the same breath, another Chelsea great, Cascarino, who played for the Blues between 1992-94, said his fate at Chelsea is as good as sealed.

"If you are playing for a big club you have to deliver because if you don't, you'll be going through the exit door," added Cascarino.

"He is very close now. The fans singing Demba Ba's name is going to hurt Torres but you are going to get that if you don't play well and you miss chances.

"The fans won't accept it if you are not performing.

Safaricom Accused of Unfair Labour Practices

Safaricom Accused of Unfair Labour Practices

For many reasons people want to be associated with success and we dream of working for big companies with big names out there for various reasons; call it the big company syndrome. Some of these companies have a name; a brand to reckon with, and have scooped awards in various sectors that make news nationally even internationally. But are they what we see? Is their good appearance a reality?
Am sure as a mobile subscriber you have called customer care and you were welcomed by that nice, sexy, eloquent voice of a lady or gentleman to assist you. Some are tempted to ask for their personal numbers to know them more. These employees are the face of the company, but some have gone through hell behind the scenes; in terms of how they are treated.
We have seen employee’s mistreatment by our national carrier; Kenya Airways; ‘the pride of Africa’ that has witnessed battles with its workers. Safaricom has now perfected the same employee mistreatment but no one is there to stand up for them. Customer care employees who fall sick during the course of their duty are changed departments, no medical care and are  finally dismissed on grounds of early retirement.
Francis Atwoli must read this story as reported by one of our subscribers. For obvious reasons, we have withheld the identity of our subscriber.

My issue is to do with one of the so called big companies. I have been working for this telecommunication company for more than 4 yrs in a position of customer care. All was well until I started developing a work related health issue i.e an ear problem. I was taken through so many tests with different doctors because they had this notion that we are pretending.
I was later on deployed from picking calls in October 2010. The health issues became so rampant that they (HR ) did not know what to do. One day they decided to come up with a policy to counter the situation.  They came up with a policy called ENT policy stating that once someone develops a problem with the ears or voice and the doctor recommends that you be redeployed from calls you are given 3months within which you are to apply for jobs in other departments within the company and if you are not successful you are retired on medical grounds.
Those of us affected who were not comfortable with the decision and we went to an extend of seeking audience from the CEO of the company but unfortunately he did not help us. As we are speaking, I was retired on medical grounds at an early age of 30 with no compensation for the damages and the company claims that it is not responsible for the damages; the unlawful termination not forgetting the discrimination among others. I do not understand why I was retired yet I was in a department where I was off calls and there are people who were left doing the same and yet do not have any health issues. Another place I would have served the customers better was at the retail centers where the service is face to face as opposed to via call as in the call centre.
We are intending go the legal way because we feel abused. We are a group of around 20 people although there are those who are still suffering silently and watching closely our next step. I just want this to be known to the whole country and even the whole world what these big companies do to their employees despite their daily attempts to create a good impression in terms of CSRs yet they can watch as their employees suffer. It should not just be about scooping awards in other areas and covering their sins under the table.
Believe it or not, the company is SAFARICOM

I caught my GIRLFRIEND SLEEPING with MY DAD

I caught my GIRLFRIEND SLEEPING with MY DAD

I caught my 18 years old girlfriend making love with my Dad. My name is Peter, am 23 years old. I have been in love with my girl who is 18 years old. We have been dating for 2 years now. She was caring and loving. She told me she’s a virgin and we had agreed to have s*x after marriage.

We were only concentrating on our studies. She could come home at any time. I stay with just my dad and two little sisters. Early this week I had taken my little sisters to my auntie’s place. When I returned home, I found my girlfriend in bed with my dad.

This was terrible and shocking but that’s not all.

That very day my dad chased me away from home. My GF never bothered to call me to say anything about it since then. But today she called me, crying that I should forgive her for what she did.

Friends I am confused cos I truly loved her but I don’t know what to do.

It is right for her to be sleeping with my father? Should I forgive her or I move on? Since the incident I’ve been staying with my auntie. Please I need helpful advice.

UHURU/ RUTO may be at the ICC for more than 2 YEARS ……. A PRESIDENT and a VICE????

UHURU/ RUTO may be at the ICC for more than 2 YEARS ……. A PRESIDENT and a VICE????

International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda has told the Trial Chamber V that her office will need at least two years to present evidence against the four Kenyans facing charges of crimes against humanity at the court.
Bensouda told the court in an application that she will use 826 hours of the court’s time to prosecute the case against Eldoret North MP William Ruto and radio journalist Joshua arap Sang and another 572 hours to produce evidence against Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta and former Head of Civil Service Francis Muthaura.
The ICC Prosecutor said she will use the time to cross examine 74 prosecution witnesses and another six expert witnesses. She added that the time she quoted was only an estimate and may turn out to be considerably more;

“The estimate does not include time that the chamber may grant to the Office of Public Counsel for Victims or the common legal representative to question prosecution witnesses, or time that the chamber may use to question witnesses.”

Bensouda added that it was possible her office would get more evidence from the Kenyan government;

“Furthermore, the prosecution has also requested the transcription and translation of 41 audio/video materials it seeks to rely upon, which are not available in any of the official languages of the Court. Some of these materials are already the subject of a separate filing before the chamber,” read the application.

“As such, the prosecution submits that the new availability of access will constitute ‘good cause’ to vary the time restrictions,” she noted.

What will happen if these two WIN?

SHAME: Pastor F*NGERS and pours salt inside lady's PRIVATES for deliverance

SHAME: Pastor F*NGERS and pours salt inside lady's PRIVATES for deliverance

The Bible says, you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. It is the truth you know that will set you free, people don't read the Bible and know nothing about God, that's why it is easy for them to be deceived. What sort of stupid deliverance is that?
A 32 year old Nigerian pastor, Kehinde Boluwaji, has landed himself in trouble for allegedly dipping his fingers and pouring salt inside a woman's private part under the false pretence of carrying out deliverance on her. Boluwaji, who hails from Ondo State, Southwest Nigeria, reportedly lied to the victim, 22-year old Busola Adebayo that she was possessed of a strange spirit that will cause her untimely death if she was not delivered.
He also told Busola that the bad dreams she always had will not allow her to get a husband and when she eventually gets married, she will not get pregnant and have children. He told her the deliverance will start from her private part to other parts of her body. Boluwaji then invited and locked her in his one room apartment at 7, Arounmalase street, Ijeshatedo, Lagos for ‘prayer and deliverance’.
According to the victim, “he ordered me to remove my dress and pant and sit on a floor and spread my legs wide open while he was busy muttering and pretending he was praying. “He brought out a white handkerchief and salt and first ordered me to pour it inside my private part and later joined me in doing so. He startedfingering me, pretending that he was praying. He used the handkerchief and cleaned it and took it away.”
On why she did not raise an alarm, Busola said she was overwhelmed by the prophecy he told her. She was later rescued by the victim’s friend who saw her when she entered the pastor’s room and raised an alarm. This forced the pastor to open the door and by then she was still nude. The neigthbours descended on the pastor and battered him before the police at Ijeshatedo division rescued and took him to the station.
He was charged to a Magistrate’s Court on a two-count charge of conduct likely to cause the breach of public peace contrary to Sections 166 and 348 of the Criminal Code Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2011.

Part of the charge reads: “That you pastor Kehinde Boluwaji on the same date, time and place did conduct yourself in a manner likely to cause breach of public peace by asking the victim to use salt to wash her private part.”
He pleaded not guilty. The trial magistrate, D. T. Olatokun granted him bail in the sum of N50,000 with two sureties in like sum. He was remanded in prison custody because nobody showed up to perfect his bail.

The matter was adjourned till 11 Febuary, 2012.

Top 6 qualities of a good JOB INTERVIEW CANDIDATE

Top 6 qualities of a good JOB INTERVIEW CANDIDATE

The big question in any interviewee’s mind is “What are managers looking for during a job interview?”

This is a very hard question to answer for every other interviewer because each of them have different expectations in a candidate.
Listed below are six qualities that generally make a good interview candidate:

1. Self Confidence – Candidates must be sure of what they are doing, and to show this one must answer questions articulately while stating facts as they are. This will involve saying no to something you do not know.  A candidate with low self confidence will run into situations where he won’t take risks or make “the tough calls” just because he is afraid of being wrong.

2. Common Sense – Many at times, candidates need to make decisions based on incomplete pieces of information and the only way to succeed in this task is by having a good level of intelligence and common sense.  Every candidate does not need to be a genius (it won’t hurt either), but the candidate needs to at least display the ability to think and reach conclusions even when he doesn’t have all the data in his hands by extrapolating and “tying loose ends” in order to draw for himself a clearer and bigger picture.
3. Communication Skills – This is a must for most jobs. Good communication is the ability to explain and communicate an idea to someone who is not in your immediate working context.  This is even more imperative of a candidate who needs to explain non-trivial things like tests, and even potential risks related to the technical tasks they can perform to people that will need to make important decisions based on these explanations.
4. Knowledge (basic or advanced) of his subject - If you want to be a good candidate make sure to understand what an interview is about (at least in theory!!!).  Today there is no excuse for not having some idea about the principles surrounding interviews since everything (literally everything!) can be found on the Internet by doing a quick Google search.

5. Some Knowledge of the Company they are Interviewing for – As an HR executive, it may sound strange but you always want to know the person in front of you is curious enough to learn (even a little) about the company they are interviewing for.  In the mind of an interviewer anyone who comes to a company without knowing their basic business is not interested enough in order to get the job at hand.
6. Truthfulness – This last one is maybe the most important one, an HR executive needs to trust the person in front of him/her.  If during the interview he reaches a conclusion that you are making things up and lying just to please him then he won’t be able to trust you in the future.

HR will always be willing to compromise on some of the other attributes as long as they feel the person in front of them will be able to fill the gaps by investing his time and efforts, but if someone is not truthful then they won’t be able to trust him or his work.

Lastly, and to make sure you have the whole picture, there are always extra-points for technical knowledge in the field in question, and this may even be a requisite if they are looking for an expert in a specific field but most of the times this is one of the attributes with less weight in any interviews.
