EXCLUSIVE: How the SUPREME COURT will rule on the Pre-Trial stage on RAILA’s petition

In developed countries like the US  and Britain, whenever there is a critical ruling  affecting  issues of National Security or stability of their Government, the media plays a big role in cooling the tension by postulating possible scenarios of the Supreme Court  rulings before the actual day of the ruling.

We at the Kenyan DAILY TRUTH, are on record telling Kenyans that President-elect Uhuru Kenyatta will trounce Raila Odinga with close to a million votes- a thing which came to pass and became reality on March 9th.

Now the exercise we carried examined all the six Supreme Court judges and postulated on how they are going to rule in the Pre-Trial stage of the Presidential petition.

The analysis is based on their previous rulings, psychological forensics and a study of individual ideological markers among many other parameters.

According to our research and analysis we came with the following facts.

The following judges will accept that the CORD petition can go ahead into full trial:

1.Willy Mutunga
2. Susanna Njoki Ndungu
3. Philip Tunoi
4. Dr Smokin Wanjala

The following judges will reject the CORD petition at the pre-trial stage:

1. Prof Jackton Ojwang

The following judges are of indeterminate persuasion. More data required to make projection:
